Job Opening: Track & Trace Specialist (Logistics Brokerage)
Location: Remote/Only candidates living in Tirana
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 3-11 PM 8-hour shift)
We are seeking a Track & Trace Specialist to join our logistics brokerage team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth shipment operations through consistent communication with carriers, drivers, and customers.
Responsibilities
Monitor and track shipments in real time
Call and email drivers for updates on load status, ETAs, delays, and delivery confirmations
Communicate shipment updates clearly and professionally to customers
Enter accurate and timely data into our transportation management system (TMS)
Resolve issues related to delays, route changes, or service disruptions
Provide excellent customer service to carriers, shippers, and consignees
Support dispatch and operations teams as needed.
Qualifications
Strong English speaking and writing skills are required
Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using technology (tracking tools, spreadsheets, TMS, etc.)
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure
