Location Options:
In-Office: Tirana Branch (Albania)
Remote: Anywhere (must be available for virtual meetings during CET/GMT+1 business hours)
Hybrid: A blend of in-office and remote work, tailored to your needs.
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs from concept stage through to construction documents.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD).
Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Participate in site visits (if locally based) or virtual project review meetings.
Contribute to design presentations and client communications.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in an architectural role.
Proficiency in architectural drafting and modeling software (mention preferred software, e.g., Revit and AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of building technology, construction methods, and materials.
Excellent design and visualization skills.
Proficiency in English; fluency in Albanian is a significant advantage, especially for in-office/hybrid roles.
Preferred:
Experience with sustainable design practices.
Familiarity with Albanian or European building codes.
Experience in a variety of project types (e.g., residential, commercial, public).
