    Position overview
    We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Office Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated graduate or early-career professional who has gained some practical experience in administrative, coordination, or communication roles and is now ready to take the next step in a professional, high-standards office environment.
    Key Responsibilities:
    · Manage meetings, agendas, and follow-ups for partners and managers.
    · Ensure efficient organization of documents and correspondence (digital and physical).
    · Prepare the professional correspondence, reports, and client materials in Albanian and English.
    · Support HR administration, including onboarding, attendance, and staff coordination.
    · Handle office logistics, supplies, service providers, and institutional communication.
    · Contribute ideas for improving internal workflows and communication.
    Requirements:
    · University degree or postgraduate studies in Social Sciences, Literature, Linguistics, or related field.
    · At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or client-facing role.
    · Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills in Albanian and English (Italian is an asset).
    · Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
    · Highly organized, attentive to detail, and motivated to learn from experienced professionals.
    · Positive attitude, reliability, and strong sense of responsibility.
