Role:
Assure the efficient functioning of an independent team of Experts/Team Leads who apply their financial knowledge in a customer-oriented and innovative manner and in consultation with stakeholders to develop continuous improvements, guarantee quality, and determine a vision for the future.
Building and managing a Team of Financial Coordinators and Team Leads;
Converting the business strategy into a concrete plan for the Team;
Manage budget assuring that stays within the lines and making adjustments where necessary;
Drawing up the objectives for the Team, communicating clearly about them and following up and reporting the results to the management Team;
Analyze customers with an outstanding balance and take appropriate actions within the Team to minimize DSO and Bad debt costs;
Optimally support your Team members so that they answer customer questions as best possible;
Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as billing Team, our customer service colleagues, the Client success Team, our account managers;
Possible contact with direct customer contact and contacts with our collection partner or lawyer;
Skills:
Degree level in any related area;
3 years of experience in People Manager role’s
Some years of experience in executive collections experience;
Focus on numbers and ability to be accurate;
Results-oriented person, able to define adjustment necessary actions;
Contribute to improve and optimize our collection strategies balance with a positive customer experience;
Responsibility, professional and dynamic mindset;
Be pleasant and enthusiastic at work and share it with other team members;
Fluency in Dutch and English, mandatory;
Fluency in French, plus;
Location:
Work Model: Hybrid (1 or 2 days at office)
