Alumil Albania, headquartered on the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminium products in the Albanian market.
Alumil Albania is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminium extruding group in South East Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminium profile systems. For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employee in the following position:
Back office & logistics employee
Position Objective
Perform all tasks involving the use of the ERP system (sales, finance, purchasing, and inventory). Communicate with customers regarding order status, account balances, and payments.
Main Duties
Handle cashier duties and customer orders.
Follow up Customer Orders.
Respond to customers’ inquiries about order status.
Register customer orders on ERP and send confirmations to customers.
Issue Delivery notes, Invoices & Proformas.
Check prices validity on Invoices and Proformas.
Register receipts/payments from customers on ERP.
Matches payments with corresponding invoices.
Record store expenses, supplier receipts and invoices, and activate item codes in the ERP system.
Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Finance, Economics or Economic Engineering.
Good command of the English language
Required Knowledge of MS Office, Internet, Outlook
Company is offering 13th salary, private health insurance, transportation and working conditions based on the Labor Code.
