Description
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and guest focused Waiter / Waitress in the Food and Beverage department within our Hotel. The main focus of the role will be to provide guests with outstanding customer service in the restaurant and associated departments.
The Mandrake is a multi-award-winning, luxury lifestyle property in the heart of London’s Fitzrovia. Every aspect of The Mandrake has been thoughtfully curated and designed to offer guests a unique, immersive and truly unforgettable experience.
This five star deluxe property is located in one of London's most prestigious areas quality and luxury are the hallmarks of this boutique hotel, which epitomizes style, flair, wonderful comfort and the latest in modern amenities.
Key responsibilities of the Waiter / Waitress will include:
• Ensuring prompt and professional guest service
• Assisting with Room Service/Conference and Banqueting where required
• Setting up and clearing down tables
• Taking orders and serving guests
• Maintaining restaurant equipment
• Assisting the conference and banqueting department where required
The ideal candidate for the Waiter / Waitress should:
• Have a warm and smiley personality
• Be willing to go the extra mile when it comes to giving fantastic service
• Be energetic and full of enthusiasm
• Be a committed team player
• Have excellent attention to detail
