Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying and acquiring new landlord clients. This role involves reaching out to property owners, conducting follow-ups, and closing deals to expand our portfolio. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to prospective landlords through cold calls, inbound calls, and networking
Conduct follow-ups with potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners to understand their needs
Present and explain property management solutions to potential clients
Close deals and onboard new landlords, ensuring a seamless transition into our services
Collaborate with the marketing team to onboard properties
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously
Track record of successfully closing deals
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary
Uncapped commissions
Performance bonuses

Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Full Time)
Saturday: Part Time
