Alumil Albania, headquartered on the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminium products in the Albanian market.
Alumil Albania is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminium extruding group in South East Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminium profile systems. For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employee in the following position:
Logistics Specialist
Position Objective
Tracking the status of orders and is a connecting point between the customer and the supply chain of Accessories.
1.Main Duties:
Enter customer accessory orders based on requirements.
Coordinate with Warehouse & Transport Manager to reconcile and arrange transport for supplier orders.
Monitor Min-Max levels for accessories in the system.
Inspect orders during loading for local and export deliveries.
Oversee unloading and shelving of accessories by division.
Conduct daily inventory checks with the profile warehouse supervisor.
Prepares various reports.
2.Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- We accept candidates with or without prior work experience.
- Good knowledge of English Language.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
3. Company is offering 13th salary, private health insurance, performance bonus, transportation and working conditions based on the Labor Code
