Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative(Italian-English), you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored solutions via email. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer-centric approach, solid problem-solving skills, and fluency in Italian-English.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in email, providing timely and professional assistance
Troubleshoot issues and offer effective resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction
Follow up with customers to confirm their concerns have been fully addressed
Contribute to a positive brand image by consistently delivering exceptional service
Working Conditions:
Full-time role
Two days off per week
Proficiency in written and spoken Italian & English is essential
