With motivated employees and efficient processes, our company aims to become the leading supply chain organization in Albania. We are currently looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacant position of:
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (KAM)
Commercial Department
Location :Tirane -Durres
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales execution, implementation, and evaluation of joint business plans with customers to achieve the planned sales targets.
- Prepare activities and initiatives to sell new products in order to meet or exceed defined objectives.
- Prepare product sales forecasts in specific timeframes based on company needs.
- Maintain continuous communication with Principals to develop activity and promotional plans aimed at meeting or surpassing company objectives.
- Work on the implementation of recommended retail prices within the limits defined by the company, and in specific sales channels, under the guidance of the direct supervisor.
- Organize, implement, and enhance the presence of primary and secondary placements in the clients he/she is responsible for.
- Build and develop strong relationships with key people at point-of-sale locations.
- Develop and improve merchandising activities (enhancing product visibility).
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Economics or related field.
- Previous experience in distribution and sales in the Albanian market.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Excellent analytical and information processing abilities.
- Reliable, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to act independently.
- Valid Category B driving license (active driver).
