    B2B Account Manager

    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our B2B customer and affiliate partner acquisition initiatives and drive revenue growth. This role will be crucial in conducting the company’s revenue engine, requiring a thorough understanding of our products and services. The ideal candidate will excel in lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals, with a focus on achieving our ambitious goals.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Represent company offerings with a deep understanding of our services
    Identify customer needs & align solutions accordingly
    Improve processes to enhance efficiency
    Manage and expand our B2B customer & affiliate partner database
    Build and nurture long-term client relationships
    Monitor merchant & affiliate performance, ensuring a smooth onboarding
    Track sales goals & collaborate with marketing on lead generation
    Stay updated on market trends and competitors
    Utilize storytelling to communicate our value proposition
    Daily Tasks:
    Conduct sales calls & follow-ups
    Engage inactive & new active customers
    Facilitate agreement closings & collect compliance documents
    Maintain reports and analyze customer quality
    Research competitors & market trends
    Represent the company at expos & industry events
    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in sales field
    Excellent communication & negotiation skills
    C1 level of English
    Experience with task management tools is a plus
    Results-driven, self-organized, and client-focused with an enthusiastic yet humble approach.
