We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our team at NewConfig.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential customers, and setting up meetings for the Sales Manager. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy engaging with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duration: 40 Hours a Week to Start so 8 hours a day;
Pay Rate: $5/hour + $100 For Every Signed Contract and $200 for Every Person Staffed from the signed Contracts
Remote: 100% Remote Work + Very Flexible hours: 8 am to 7 pm Eastern Time Zone - choose any 8-hour time slot.
Most Important Skill Set:
1. Experience with Lead Generation and making more than 60 cold calls per day to America to setup appointments is a plus.
2. Experience talking English daily is a plus.
