Position: Company Assistant
WHO WE ARE?
We are Boost Outsourcing Solutions, our aim is to provide high-standard office assistant services to companies in N. America and help them grow their businesses.
POSITION CHARACTERISTICS:
5 days/week (1:00PM - 10:00PM or 2:00pm - 11:00pm) 1h break included
Progressive salary
+100% rate for overtime

IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE SKILLS BELOW, THE WORK GETS EASIER:
- Adequate English communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Arithmetic skills
- Can work well as a member of a team
- Have an eye for details
- Well-organized
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the work with the executives.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Schedule and coordinate workers.
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
Prepare emails, invoices and other correspondence
Answer phones, greet and assist clients
Day-to-day tasks...etc.
YOU GOT AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE STUDIED OR ARE STUDYING IN THESE FIELDS:
English Language, PR, Business Administration, Business Management, Bookkeeping and other relevant fields.
IT IS A PLUS IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES:
Office assistant
Customer support
Administrative assistant
Bookkeeping
SIMILAR EXPERIENCE IS AN ADVANTAGE.
If you don't have any, don't worry because we provide extensive training.
It doesn’t matter where you are, it matters how high you want to go!
