    How to manage real estate transactions & contracts
    How to coordinate property listings & client appointments
    How to communicate professionally with real estate clients & agents
    How to use Google Workspace, CRM software, and MLS systems
    How to handle property marketing, social media, and online listings
    How to track sales processes and administrative tasks.
    IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE SKILLS BELOW, THE WORK GETS EASIER:
    Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
    Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
    Attention to detail & organization
    Ability to multitask & work in a team
    Familiarity with social media and online marketing is a plus!
    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Administrative Support: Answering phones & emails, scheduling appointments
    Real Estate Listings: Posting/updating property listings on MLS & websites
    Transaction Coordination: Assisting with contracts, paperwork & client follow-ups
    Marketing & Social Media: Creating flyers, social media posts & real estate ads
    Client & Agent Assistance: Managing showings, open houses & inquiries
    Office Organization: Filing, preparing reports, and maintaining records
    YOU GOT AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE STUDIED OR ARE STUDYING IN THESE FIELDS:
    English Language, PR, Business Administration, Business Management, Bookkeeping and other relevant fields.
    IT IS A PLUS IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES:
    Real estate office assistant
    Customer support
    Administrative assistant
    Bookkeeping
    SIMILAR EXPERIENCE IS AN ADVANTAGE.
    If you don't have any, don't worry because we provide extensive training.
