Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Back Office Assistant to support our construction company's daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) and the ability to efficiently handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
Manage emails, schedules, and appointments for management.
Prepare reports, invoices, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support.
Perform other back-office administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (high-level written and spoken communication).
Previous experience in an administrative or back-office role (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite and some experience in CRM.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
