About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze daily key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client sales activities, implementing strategic adjustments to optimize performance and drive results.
Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction, address performance gaps, and provide tailored support as needed.
Develop, manage, and distribute a comprehensive client newsletter, delivering relevant updates, insights, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure client objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.
Leverage data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations that enhance client performance, engagement, and long-term success.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an Account Manager role or a similar client-facing position.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to track and interpret performance data.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
Experience in private equity or related industries is a plus.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working remotely.
