Alumil Albania, headquartered on the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminium products in the Albanian market.
Alumil Albania is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminium extruding group in South East Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminium profile systems. For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employee in the following position:
Invoicing Specialist (One Year Contract)1.Main Duties:
Registers sales invoices in the system for local customers.
Prepares invoices for exports (Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro and Macedonia)
Records exit from the warehouse and transfers to SDS warehouses based on documentation received from the Accessory Warehouse Supervisor.
Register in the system imports for accessories based on orders registered in Atlantis.
Register in the system purchases and returns from customers.
Prepares contracts for equipment provided for the use of customers.
Register in the system the accessories received from the production.
Performs the procedures for sending accessories for painting and re-entering of the accessories in warehouse.
Carries out the booking process for warehouses and export clients.
Transfer at the end-of-day sales to secondary warehouse (502)
Register suppliers and new customers in the Atlantis program.
It is support for the Logistics Department regarding Loading, Packing, Customs, Regimes, calculations and reconciliation of cargo weights with accessories.
Makes various reports regarding Sales Costs / Inventory Balance / Purchase Invoices.
2.Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- University Degree in Finance/Banking/Accounting
- Experience in a similar position it will be conidered as advantage.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work well in teams
- Good knowledge of English Language
3. Company is offering 13th salary, private health insurance, performance bonus, transportation and working conditions based on the Labor Code
