Reports to:
Head of Wallet Sales and Business Development
Main duties:
• Identifies new business opportunities and presents the development of the iute business model to potential partners
• Builds and maintains relationships with partners, businesses that sell their products/services
• Responsible for the contracting of new partners according to the objectives set by the department heads
• Presents/suggests Iute products and services to each partner, in accordance with the partner's requirements and needs.
• Follows the progress of the IutePay SHPK Merchant and Agent in relation to the activation and provision of sales by this Partner to achieve the objectives set by the company on a transactional and volume basis.
• Follows up with the customer interaction (CX) and marketing team, the presentation and training regarding new products and services offered by IutePay SHPK.
• In collaboration with the marketing department, assists the partner with practical solutions to advertise the possibility of providing services with IutePay
• Trains newly recruited staff according to the request of the superior.
• Suggests changes or improvements in work processes or in existing products in order to improve and develop the business.
• Completes any other task given to him by his superior in the framework of the fulfillment of the required results.
Requirements:
• Excellent sales skills
• Very good communication and ability to build relationships with partners
• Discipline and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work in the field
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve results
• Previous experience in sales, preferably over 2 years
• Driving skills, Class B license
Offered:
