    EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, a construction international company, is currently recruiting a Sales Representative.
    Major responsibilities:
    Manages existing customer/distribution base accounts, manages customer orders, promotes products, identifies, and onboards new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule to visit on existing or potential customers and other trade factors in their Areas through a route plan agreed with Sales Manager;
    Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc;
    Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments;
    Achieves agreed sales targets as set by the company for the area under supervision. Promotes and reaches sales targets of high value products and local production products as key sales focus;
    Ensure 100% collection as per payment terms agreed with customers and ensure full support on limiting to minimum bed debt - promotes prepayment and able to propose commercial models aiming increase of sales, customer satisfaction and collection performance;
    Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory by establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships. Share information on projects in the respective area. Set's meetings with local partners and support staff from central office to target success of getting the new projects;
    Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses;
    Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management;
    Attend meeting, sales events, and trainings to be updated with the latest developments on product, sector, innovations, solutions, systems etc.
    Requirements for this position are:
    University degree in Faculty of Economic, Marketing, Engineering;
    Experience working with Sales more than 5 years. Preferrable experience in Corporate Large retail business with large distribution/customer base;
    Sales Oriented, Customer Care excellent support service;
    Strong communication;
    Territory Management;
    Prospecting Skills, Negotiation;
    Self-Confidence;
    Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales, target oriented, persuasive;
    Ability to attract large investors, projects through strong selling and negotiation skills.
