Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Lead and Property Maintenance Analyst to assist in managing residential properties. The role involves following up on leads, scheduling property showings, communicating with tenants, and coordinating maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will handle all tenant interactions and maintenance requests while ensuring efficient property management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Contact potential tenants via calls, texts, and emails, qualify leads, and schedule property showings.
Tenant Communication: Serve as the primary contact for current tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally.
Maintenance Coordination: Manage maintenance tasks by logging requests, coordinating with service providers, and following up to ensure timely resolution.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, tenant communications, and maintenance activities in the CRM system.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on leads, tenant issues, and maintenance progress to management.
Qualifications:
Experience: Would be preferred to have experience in property management, tenant communication, or lead management.
Skills: Good English communication skills (verbal and written), and organizational abilities.
Proactive Approach: Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Customer Focus: Friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent service to tenants and leads.
Working Hours:
7:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST, 6 days/week
