We’re looking for an experienced Ads Manager to lead our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to join our team at Megatek
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.);
• Optimize ad performance to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR;
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting strategies;
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ads, design, and A/B test campaigns;
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve results and adjust campaigns for optimal results;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and ad platform updates;
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. A master degree may be advantageous;
• Proven experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid platforms;
• Strong knowledge of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.);
• Proficiency with advertising analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager);
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously;
• Any other industry-specific qualifications or certifications] (e.g., Google Ads certified, Facebook Blueprint certification);
