    Alumil Albania sh.p.k, headquartered on the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminum products in the Albanian market.
    Alumil Albania sh.p.k is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminum extruding group in South East Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminum profile systems. For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employee in the following position:
    Procurement Specialist​ 1.Main Duties
    Maintain regular contact with the Procurement Manager and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
    Support the procurement process by ensuring all steps from sourcing to order delivery are completed accurately.
    Monitor the market to identify potential new suppliers for products and services.
    Communicate across departments to resolve any supply-related issues that may affect operations.
    Manage the Request for Quotations (RFQ) process, sending out RFQs to suppliers and gathering responses.
    Evaluate supplier offers by preparing comparison tables and analysing bids.
    Present bid results to relevant departments and managers for decision-making.
    Prepare and issue purchase orders after obtaining necessary approvals.
    Send purchase orders and confirmations to suppliers in a timely manner.
    Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues during the buying process.
    Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues such as pricing, quality, delivery delays, or invoice discrepancies.
    2.Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, or a related field.
    Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    Good command of English (both written and spoken).
    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), ERP system preferable
    Honest, reliable, and eager to learn. We are looking for someone motivated to grow and take on responsibility.
    No previous procurement experience required. 1 year of experience in logistics, finance or supply chain is preferable.
