Location: Tirana
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (3-month contract)
Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative (German Speaker) on a 3-month contract, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our German-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions across various communication channels, including phone and email. This role requires a strong customer-first mindset, problem-solving abilities, and fluency in German.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email in German
Address customer issues and concerns, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and best practices to provide accurate information to customers
Assist in maintaining a positive company image through excellent customer service
Working hours: 8:00-16:30 & 9:00-17:30
2 days off per week
