Leads Generation Specialist, Tirane
Description:
We are currently looking for a Leads Generation Specialist to join our team. The right person will be motivated, customer service oriented and driven for success.
Working days 15:00 - 23:00 (Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Identifies prospective clients by reviewing internal data base.Set up moving profiles and general customer information in internal software.Assists outside sales department and coordinates onsite visits with relocation specialists.Manage data for new and prospective customer and making sure information is logged in thesystem and is accurate.
Requirements:
Customer service experienceExperience working with high call volume.Ability to multi-task and work under pressureEnthusiastic and professionalExcellent verbal and written communicationAvailability to work the occasional Saturday.Flexible availability.
