Netsapiens Int is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Junior Node.js Developer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong foundational knowledge of Node.js and a passion for developing their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining server-side logic and APIs using Node.js.
Collaborate with senior developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior team members.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
Basic experience with Node.js and JavaScript (internship or academic projects considered).
Understanding of asynchronous programming.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Basic knowledge of database systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Basic knowledge of cloud services and containerization (AWS, Docker, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.
