EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an international gaming and betting company, is currently recruiting a People Operations & Reward Manager.
Major responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the correct fulfillment of the contractual, social security and fiscal obligations concerning personnel administration, taking care to keep the company procedures and tools updated to the correct interpretation of the specific regulations;
Lead best HR practices and demonstrate compliance with GDPR requirement;
Oversee payroll operational processes, preparing related reporting and interfacing with the stakeholders involved;
Responsible for managing relations with external bodies, managing the governance of implementation projects and future outsourcing processes;
Manage accurate and up-to-date employee annual holiday tracking;
Responsible for administrative management of expatriates.
Requirements for this position are:
Bachelor degree in Economics or Law;
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in structured and complex contexts with strong international exposure;
In-depth knowledge of the overall employment legal requirements in Albania;
Outstanding analytical, proactive, innovative and show accuracy and attention to detail;
Highly professional and ethical in handling confidential data;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
Proficient in Italian & English, both spoken and written.
