Alumil Albania LLC, headquartered on the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminum products in the Albanian market.
Alumil Albania LLC is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminum extruding group in Southeast Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminum profile systems.
For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employee in the following position:
Compensation & Benefits SpecialistPosition Objective:
to research, implement, and support the compensation and benefits structure of an organization
Main Duties:
Monitor and in case of any discrepancies communicate with all unit supervisors on a daily/monthly basis the check-in-out of all employees.
Send at the beginning of each month to all employees their individual and to all supervisors/managers their unit/department time attendance.
Receive feedback from all supervisor/managers about their unit/department time attendance, make the necessaries changes and proceed with the monthly payroll calculation.
Input any sick leave, annual leave bonus or compensation and prepare and execute the payroll.
Prepare and execute once per month the advance payment.
Prepare and deliver to the Social Insurance employees medical reports.
Input all the necessary data of new hiring employees in HRMS.
Update on monthly basis any change of employee’s data (including cost center) in HRMS.
Preparing monthly audits and reports and presenting them to the Manager/GM.
Provide and inform any new employee for private health insurance, apply and support for checkup and any additional support might needed.
Collect & record all departments employee’s performance evaluations.
Collect/update data bases, analyze and if required prepare reports for any benefit given to all company employees
Present to the onboarding new employees the payroll structure & procedure, performance evaluation company policies and procedure in force
Plan, organize and execute different social activities for employees.
Monitor and update job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
Qualifications & Experience:
University degree (studies in Economics or Bussines Administration it will be be considered as an advantage)
Very Good knowledge of English Language
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Payroll Program knowledge it will considered as advantage
At least two years of experience in the same or similar prosition
Employees Benefits:
Transport from the Factory to Center of Tirana
Full Annual Leave, Public Holidays, Private Health Insurance
5 Working Days per week (Monday-Friday)
Thirteen Salary
Bonus based on the targets achievements
