Chief Technology Officer

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, acting as a project manager, and building our development team from the ground up. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to technology management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy.
Oversee all technical operations and projects.
Manage and mentor the technology team, including hiring a Head of Marketing, Web Developer, and Full Stack Developer.
Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of the company’s technology infrastructure.
Collaborate with other departments to align technology goals with business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
Manage budgets and timelines for technology projects.
Ensure each project to completion.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.
Extensive experience in software development and project management.
Strong knowledge of web technologies, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
