Front Office Manager
The primary duties of the Front Office Manager is to ensure guest satisfaction and overall efficiency of front office operations, to train staff as outlined in the Front Office Training Procedures and ensure staff is prepared to provide excellence to our guests and visitors at all times
Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates in the selection of front office personnel;
Training, monitors and manages front office staff, resolves any guests issues and performs tasks that require discretion and authority;
Supervises workloads during shifts;
Evaluates the job performance of each front office employees;
Maintains working relationships and communicate with all departments;
Able to make reasonable and professional decisions;
Assist and guide the front office staff through their daily duties and responsibilities;
Ensure staff is prepared to be courteous, efficient and available to provide excellence to our guests and visitors at all time;
Work closely with the hotel’s management team and communicate effectively;
Conduct self in a friendly and attentive manner during all guest encounters;
Responsible for working in a safe and conscientious manner;
Adhere to all safety policies and procedure;
Speak using clear and professional language;
Requirements (Key Skills)
Two years of experience in Front Office or similar role;
Customer care oriented approach;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
Good organizational and time-management skills;
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS);
Guest-oriented and service-minded;
Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English language;
