Collection Agent is responsible managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers with different outgoing calls camping
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
Handle questions or complaints
Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
Achieve the KPIs working in compliance with Debt Collection processes
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
Bring the customer experience into every action.
Possesses excellent communication over phone skills and patience.
Takes accountability for identifying & addressing issues.
Address problems immediately.
Seek simple solutions.
Address problems immediately.
Comfortable working with targets
Skilled in negotiation
Problem-solving skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
University Degree
Very good Albanian and English knowledge
Very good typing skills and ability to operate the PC.
Ability on being confidential.
