MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - you will manage the following tasks:
· Management of booking process, relocations, etc.
· Providing a high level of support to clients
· Review bookings with clients and hotels
· Resolve cases with clients and hotels
· Follow up with clients and hotels
· Update bookings
· Check the system daily
· Email and phone communication with clients
PROFILE – you have the following skills:
· Fluent in Italia (written and spoken). English language is a plus
· Experience as a booking agent is a plus
· Calm and logical thinking when under pressure
· Good level of negotiating skills
· High attention to details
· Autonomous and self-motivated, with a sense of organization and responsibilities
· Good command of communication tools: e-mail, computer systems (booking platforms)
