Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Patient Care Coordinator at BlueMagic Group International in Tirana. In this vital role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships between patients and our clinic. Your responsibilities will include guiding patients through the entire journey, from surgery reservation to aftercare, and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent BlueMagic Group International with professionalism and integrity.
Maximize customer satisfaction through attentive service and support.
Strengthen connections between patients and the clinic.
Implement effective aftercare processes to ensure successful outcomes.
Proactively address organizational challenges and provide immediate solutions.
Perform data entry and analytical tasks.
Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email.
Manage patient accounts confidentially.
Schedule surgeries based on clinic availability and patient preferences.
Handle complaints at various stages.
Schedule patient visits and address pre-visit questions, including billing.
Provide consultations on aftercare and recommended treatments.
Discuss additional costs and payment options with patients.
Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service for all patients.
Schedule necessary outpatient appointments.
Obtain prior authorizations for procedures.
Scan documents into patient charts.
Offer prompt solutions in urgent situations.
Make and receive calls regarding patient arrivals and needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in English, with advanced vocabulary in formal and medical contexts.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and expertise in Google Sheets and Excel for reporting.
Experience with organization-specific databases for managing patient data.
Ability to translate complex information into easily understandable terms for patients.
