Alumil Albania LLC, headquartered on the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminum products in the Albanian market.
Alumil Albania LLC is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminum extruding group in Southeast Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminum profile systems.
For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employee in the following position:
Human Resources Specialist (One-year Contract)
Position Objective:
To screen and schedule interviews, recruit, train, and place employees
Main Duties:
Work with HR Manager to develop ideal candidate criteria, collaborate with private headhunters and attract qualified employees and match them to jobs, coordinate relocation.
Post job vacancies to the media, collect, select, and schedule the interviews with the candidates, participate in the interviews.
Inform the selected candidates about the hiring process/necessary documentations and ensure that the new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
Organize, coordinate, and conduct the new employee induction training.
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
Inform and provide advice to employees regarding policies, programs, career development, regulations, issues, options, etc.
Provide recommendations regarding policy/legal violations.
Assist the HR Manager to Investigate and resolve grievances, complaints, and/or employee relations issues.
Review the employee’s performance evaluations and their training needs, collect training need per division and recommend to the HR Manager what training is necessary to be scheduled.
Plan, organize and execute different social activities for employees.
Maintaining records (Included TEAMS) of employee participation in all training and development programs.
Make sure all resigned/terminated employees are leaving conform company respective policy and procedure including exit interviews
Requirements:Education
University degree
Very Good knowledge of English Language
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

5 Working Days per week (Monday-Friday)
Thirteen Salary
Bonus based on the targets achievements
