    As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our wholesale business
    by creating and maintaining new accounts.
    You will be responsible for driving growth through strategic relationship building
    and fostering long-term partnerships within the affordable fashion industry.
    Your primary focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities, ensuring
    the brands under our umbrella continue to thrive in an increasingly competitive market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Account Development:
    Identify, target, and secure new wholesale accounts to drive revenue growth for brands such as Ted Baker and Brooks Brothers.
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key wholesale partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless onboarding of new accounts.

    Relationship Management:
    Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the fashion industry, including buyers, retailers, and distributors.
    Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and the delivery of brand objectives.

    Market Analysis:
    Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the affordable fashion industry.
    Analyze competitors and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making and sales planning.
    Provide regular feedback to the leadership team on market conditions, customer needs, and product performance.

    Sales Strategy:
    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for revenue and profitability.
    Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and overall brand strategy.
    Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

    Brand Advocacy:
    Represent the brands within our portfolio at industry events, trade shows, and meetings.
    Ensure that brand values and positioning are communicated effectively to all partners and customers.
    Champion the brands internally and externally, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
