Finance Specialist
Position: Finance Specialist in a Supermarket Chain
Location: Tirana
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data to help the company make informed financial decisions. He/she will handle a range of finance-related tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to work with complex financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial statements, prepare financial reports, and provide insights into company performance.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections to support business planning.
Financial Planning: Develop long-term financial strategies and assess potential investment opportunities.
Data Management: Maintain accurate financial records, manage accounting systems, and ensure data integrity.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with internal and external audits.
Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely payments and collections.
Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Odoo, Navision) and advanced Excel skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing and reviewing financial documents.
Communication Skills: Ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
