• Position: Product and Partner Manager
• Working language: English primary, and Albanian
• Area of activity: Based in Albania ROLE
The Product and Partner Manager shall consolidate and expand the product and services capabilities and market reach through international and local partnerships. The PPM cultivates and maintains relationships with strategic partners and build the strategies to grow and leverage partnerships that enhance the company‘s product/system offering and incrising the presence in activity domains.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PPM will be responsible to fulfill the above role by delivering high quality activities and strong results as follows:
• Consolidates and maintains the database of company’s international and local partners categorizing them in regard to domains, capabilities and expansion in market and territory.
• Identifies and approaches target partners, and vet incoming partner requests, processing and prioritizing inbound inquiries from potential partners.
• Finalizes commercial, non-disclosure, reseller, value added partner, teaming and other types of agreements, and manages partner relationships. Ensures that legal and regulations provisions are eligible and in line with Albanian and international regulations.
• Provide product data of each partner in support to sales and proposal managers. Support procurement activities, and TCN participation in either domestic or international tenders
• Works with the Proposal and Engineering teams to identify appropriate products and partners
• Acts as the main point of contact for international and local partners
• Supports partners with sales enablement and product positioning
• Conducts trains sessions to sales team to encourage referrals
• Works with the executive directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
MANDATORY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
• Master degree in business administration, IT and telecom engineering, commercial law, or in a related discipline;
• Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience, after completing of university studies;
• Management roles for at least 3 years
• Experience with international companies, organizations or projects
• Very strong command of spoken and written English
• Strong communication skills, organizational and management ability;
• Strong problem –solving capacity
• Data –processing skills
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines;
• International Travel availability
PREFERED COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
• Engineering and systemic capabilities
• Advanced knowledge about
• sales and procurement processes
• international commercial laws and practices
• budgeting and cost estimated
• legal and contractual domain
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
