We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support property management operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience handling tenant relations and administrative tasks. You will work closely with building departments, housing authorities, and tenants to ensure smooth operations of all property-related matters.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Communicate with tenants regarding rental issues, maintenance, and lease agreements.
- Draft and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Liaise with building departments, fire departments, and architects for property-related approvals and inspections.
- Coordinate and accommodate inspections between tenants and housing authorities.
- Track and manage lease expirations, renewals, and insurance renewals.
- Respond to rental inquiries via email and other communication channels.
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining records of maintenance requests and work orders.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with property management, tenant relations, and lease agreements is a plus.
