OPEN POSITION: DISPOSITION OF MATERIAL
Responsibilities and duties
Coordination of material imports
Order control, material slip items (KPI),
Preparation of a daily statement of missing materials (own defined material area) for the production companies of the Forschner Group
Escalation, support in case of non-delivery of slipping items - escalation to Team leader dispo,
Communication with suppliers
Regular participation in operational meetings of superior logistics departments
Overview and design of changes - alternative materials
Cooperation with headquarters in Germany and other plants in Czech, Ukraine, Albania, Mexico, and Slovakia.
Daily operations associated with communication with all departments across races.
Close cooperation with the purchasing department in Germany and the Czech Republic
System solutions and work in XPPS, Xpert
Checking the availability of material for a given production plan - cooperation with the FST department
Close cooperation with the Master of Production, production - SFM
Checking stocks, checking the fulfillment of safety stocks for given products
Cooperation with the project managers department and the purchasing department when launching new products / projects.
Required skills and qualifications.
Economics degree with a focus on logistics.
At least one years of working experience in logistics field.
Very good knowledge of English language. Good command of German is considered a plus.
Very good knowledge of MS office.
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
Organized and detailed oriented.
Strong work ethics, teamwork, and collaboration.
Costumer service oriented
