Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Evolve Web Studio, you will play a critical role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing potential clients. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping to educate them on our offerings, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, building a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement to introduce Evolve Web Studio’s services to prospects.
Qualification: Assess potential clients' needs and determine how our solutions can address their challenges.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for our senior sales team with qualified leads.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
CRM Management: Accurately track and update all interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the tech or digital marketing industry.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence prospects.
Driven: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media platforms for lead generation.
Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
