    Job Title: Remote Lead Analyst

    Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

    Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Lead Analyst to
    join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up with leads by calling during
    work hours, texting, and setting up appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent
    English verbal and written communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong ability to
    manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:
    ● Lead Follow-Up: Proactively contact leads through phone calls, texts, and emails to
    engage and qualify potential clients.
    ● Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for consultations or further discussions,
    ensuring leads are well-informed and prepared for their appointments.
    ● Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in the CRM
    system, tracking their status and next steps.
    ● Communication: Provide clear and professional communication, both verbally and in
    writing, to build strong relationships with leads and ensure a positive experience.
    ● Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless
    handoff of leads and share insights on lead quality and trends.
    ● Reporting: Regularly update management on lead status, progress, and any challenges
    encountered during follow-up.
    Qualifications:
    ● Strong English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
    English are essential.
    ● Experience: Previous experience in lead follow-up, sales, or a related field is preferred.
    ● Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, communication tools, and other relevant
    technology to manage leads and appointments.
    ● Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage
    time effectively.
    ● Proactive: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
    ● Customer-Oriented: A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on providing
    exceptional service to leads.

    Working Hours:
    9:00 am to 3:00 pm EST time zone - 6 days/week
    Or 9:00 am to 2:00 pm EST time zone - 7 days/week

    Compensation:
    Fixed salary of $864/month for the first months + Commissions (Potential to earn $1500 in
    commissions a month)
