Head of Merchandising Management Department
Monitor development of global trends, local market and build the strategy of merchandise revenues. Build, plan and manage, merchandise portfolio for the sales channels of the company. Manage partnerships and contracts with third parties in relation with implementation and provisioning of Merchandise Portfolio. Lead the negotiations with the company vendors of customer premises equipment (CPE) and merchandise for Consumer and B2B channels and services. Coordinate the distribution, ordering and the related logistics. Manage stock volumes and expected deliveries. Monitor and control the inventory and services KPIs, for instance but not limited to costs, DIO, turnover, profitability levels, etc. Plan and manage the work within Merchandise Management Department.
Main Tasks:
Create and manage strategical plan(s) for further development of Merchandise portfolio (full scope of CPEs).Create and maintain the merchandising standard in sales channel.Build and manage vendor management strategy. Act as contact point for vendors concerning new models.Develop strategy for inventory management (KPI, bad stock, orders
, delivery times, etc.) Perform quarterly estimation of bad stock and execute respective bad stock actions.Manage portfolio size, in cooperation with Product and Propositions, and Modelling & Data Analytics & CVM Departments and considering the CUD (common users database) and GA/Renewals.Monitor the ordering and logistics processes of the products.Implement and manage internal communication of vendor product roadmaps and Global industry trends.Monitor deliveries (vs. forecast) and alerts on issues related to pricing, segments, and sales.Implement and manage strategy of negotiations for short term deals and purchases.Control the process of device testing and customization according to the Companys requirements.Monitor relevant technology and market trends and build strategy of implementation.
Education: University Degree,
Experience and Qualifications:
In Commercial in the field of Product Management, Sales, Point of Sales promotions. At least three years of previous experience on the area.
