Merchandising Services Expert
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Monitor the Global trends and local market, analyze opportunities and propose future services and products, related with device financing. Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation. Analyze customer needs to develop new or enhance existing services. Understand telco product features and synergies of telco services with other sectors like insurance, financial services, digital services, etc.
Gather and analyze device services requirements and lead projects to ensure successful implementation of new services and/or features of existing ones.
Main Tasks:
Coordinate the execution of all processes in the service lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch;
Gather market and competition data to come up with ideas for new products and features;
Propose device service roadmap and positioning;
Gather customer feedback to further improve the device services;
Translate services roadmap into business requirements for development in B/OSS and internal processes;
Create service development documentation that describe business case, use cases, technical requirements, etc.;
Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, sales and other teams in the implementation, service launches, maintenance, and optimizations;
Communicate service features and processes to sales, product marketing and other teams to obtain internal awareness and knowledge about the services;
Tracks product performance, propose and implement corrective measures;
Oversee and maintain the services throughout the service lifecycle;
Prepare internal communication materials about new products, brands, promotions, and campaigns;
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the line manager and in accordance with the employees’ qualification and responsibilities;
Follow go-to-market guideline that starts with product ideas up to the product launch;
Monitors and follows up the product performance to decrease possible gaps between actual and planned product objectives.
Education: University Degree in the field of Economics, Marketing or Finance.
Experience and Qualifications: Commercial in the field of Product Management, Retail Sales, Planning, Partnership Management, Point of Sales Promotions. At least three years of previous experience on the area.
Skills:
Experienced in Telecom or Finance Industry.
Knowledge in Product and Services Management.
Excellent English Language skills; Excellent MS Office skills.
Strong interpersonal, spoken, and written communication skills.
Analytical skills; Critical Thinking; Adaptivity; Initiative and Creativity.
Customer oriented skills; Negotiation skills; Presentation Skills.
Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
