Specialist/Senior Specialist Chargeback-Card Operations Department
Tasks
To be responsible for the issuer and acquirer chargeback process.
To investigate and analyze each chargeback case.
To maintain continuous contact with card processor and the customers branches for each chargeback case.
To provide the necessary information and documents required for the disputes and to send such documents to the processor.
To follow up monthly all the pending chargeback cases and reconcile with settlement and clearing team and processor.
To follow up and obey deadlines of each chargeback step and required documentation and actions to be taken.
To perform respective accounting entries.
To support branches when necessary extra clarifications are needed for customers.
To be always updated with the frequent changes on the rules and regulations related
with the chargeback procedures Visa and Mastercard.
To perform other operations related to the cards activity according to the needs of the department.
Requirements
Bachelors or Master (preferred) degree on Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields.
Min 2 years experience in card operations sector and chargeback field.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Albanian.
To have analytical skills.
To have very good accounting knowledge
Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, etc.)
