Real Estate and Contract Management Specialist
Perform, Execute, Report and follow up duties related to Real Estate Team.
Main Tasks:
Manage Company’s properties in Mortgages process like letters, applications, preparation of documentation etc.;
Rent of company’s facilities (follow up contracts, completed process of handing over, negotiate);
Invoicing and SAP registration for all Company rental agreements;
Continuously manage debtors to settle the obligations of rented premises;
Sites rent process (follow up contracts, negotiate, manage the situation with the institution for access);
Keep the data for every task that manage;
Process AF/PR/PO for Real Estate Team and Transport & Security Team;
Local Taxes process following for each shop and building.
Education: University Degree.
Experience and Qualifications: 2 years in similar position.
Skills:
Good communication;
Good analytical and interpersonal skills;
Good oral and written English communication skills;
Computer literate with practical experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
