Campaigns Operation Specialist
Purpose of the position: Execution of marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and retention.
Main Tasks:
Test and monitor correct configuration and targeting.
Deliver and follow up CRM product requests with VAS and IT.
Design and deliver commercial specifications.
Monitor and produce daily reports to control the performance of the campaigns.
Provide ideas, suggestions, solutions based on pre, ex-ante and post analysis of campaigns’ performance.
Provide management daily/weekly reports regarding consumer performance.
Other duties as requested from the supervisor.
Education: University Degree (preferably Economics/Computer Science)
Experience and Qualifications: Experience in the specific area (at least 1 year)
Skills:
Goal oriented.
Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Very good knowledge of Siebel Customer Relationship Management system.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
Good knowledge of Contextual Marketing, CRM and CVM activities.
Very good communication and formal writing skills.
Spoken and written proficiency of English language.
Self-motivated.
Able to take initiatives.
