As a Junior IT Auditor, you will work as a team member on various engagements assessing various IT environments in accordance with the Information Security standards, EY methodology and the leading practices.
Responsibilities:
Apply EY key principles, practices, and techniques.Analyze business, financial and IT systems, and their supporting IT infrastructure.To understand IT environment components (e.g., databases,operating systems, and network software) that support the IT applications and identify risks and points for improvements. Participate in understanding of clients business processes and procedures in various industriesParticipate in test of application/configuration controlsParticipate in data analytics activitiesCommunicate work status and issues to the team on a timely basisIdentify potential vulnerabilities, risks, and weaknesses in IT Systems by reviewing design and implementationEnsures audit documents (narratives, process flows, risk assessment, programs, workpapers)Ensure continuous collaboration with the internal audit team to keep each other informed and updated on new tech or frameworks:
Technical skills and requirements:
University education0-1 years of Information Systems related professional experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English: German language is a plusDesire to pursue related professional certifications such as CISA, CISM and/or CISSP Knowledge and understanding of Operating
