Field Operation and Maintenance Specialist (Vlora)
Responsible for Operation and Maintenance, planning and monitoring of Local network (Copper and Fiber Optic) and FO Backbone Network.
Main Tasks:
Control and motivate the subcontractor FM Teams for achieving KPIs. To supervise and control Field Teams for achieving 95% of TTs within 24 hours.Follow periodic reports on KPI-s and propose measures to be taken for network improvement.Monitoring & verifying the reason of Negative New Activations and Upsells. Finding solution to keep negative cases less than 7% monthly base.Planning of expansion/optimization of local network.To follow up the implementation of the projects for the improvement, extension and the new cable networks (Copper & FO), having a closed cooperation with the relevant company structures (project and implementation units).
Education: University Degree in Telecommunication, Electronic, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering.
Experience and Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
Very good knowledge in GIS system and other professional programs like AutoCAD or MAPINFO.Good Knowledge of MS office applications.Good knowledge of English language.Teamwork, positive attitude, solution oriented, and effective communication skills.Self-motivated, multitasking, able to work under pressure.
