For our offices in Tirana, we are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to organize a strategic Team who will support the European Salesforce Growth.
Who are you?
You have:
at least 5 years of experience in SF and IT/CRM international projectsability to work on projects which cover multiple countries, languages, and culturesgood knowledge and operational experience in project management (methodologies and tools) of Salesforce projectsexperience of managing third party suppliersstakeholder management with strong communication and influencing skillsexperience of business change process improvement projectsat least 2 Salesforce certifications and Project Management Certificationsexcellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
good knowledge of the German language
What are you going to do?
manage international projectsdeliver the project as per the agreed scope and the Salesforce implementation strategiesmanage and align key interdependencies with international program workstreamscontrol and manage the project budget controlproduce all key project documents to control and manage projectsensure project team to deliver projects on time, cost, and qualityproduce highlight reports and facilitation of all required governance boardswork with Business Change Manager to ensure that business stakeholders are fully engaged in meeting the programs timelines and deliverables.manage the day-to-day project workstream leads and business managers
