Sisal Digital Hub Albania, part of Sisal Spa, started its activity in Tirana in 2019.

Responsibilities:
• Gathering information about clients;
• Undertaking risk analysis by using specialist software and developing
statistical models assessing, analyzing and interpreting complex financial
information, and making recommendations based on this
• Preparing reports using written and numerical information;
• Phone collection: contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to
either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it
in installments.
Requisitions:
• Bachelor degree in mathematics, business or accounting;
• Excellent command of the Italian Language:
• Excellent numerical skills;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Negotiating skills;
• Patience and stress management
