Job Title: SALES CONSULTANT
Location: Tirana
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and follow-ups
Present and promote the company’s services persuasively and effectively
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and trust-building
Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with confidence
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interaction
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Work collaboratively with the team to develop sales strategies and achieve goals
Represent the company professionally at all times
REQUIREMENTS:
University degree (minimum Bachelor’s) in, Economics, Marketing, Medicine or a related field
Valid driving license and ability to drive a vehicle
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to work with the company for a minimum of 3 years
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Proficient in basic computer programs (MS Office, email, etc.)
Ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
